Employment provisions for maintenance positions are covered by the CBE and CUPE Local 40 Collective Agreement; or by the CBE and The Bargaining Council of the Calgary Board of Education Construction and Maintenance Skilled Trades Unions; or by the CBE and Staff Association Collective Agreement; or by the terms and conditions for exempt and management employees depending upon the position.
