About School Name
The school was named after the Reverend R.T. Rundle, who was born in Mylor, Cornwall, England, on June 11, 1811. He died in England in 1885. During part of his life (from 1840-58), he served as a Methodist missionary on the Western Prairies. He was the first Christian missionary to live in Alberta.
