Expect Significant Transportation Delays
Calgary is currently under a yellow advisory for blowing snow, and the Calgary Police Service is advising against travel. The changing weather conditions will make traveling home more challenging for everyone. We are anticipating significant delays with yellow school buses and Calgary Transit.
Families may consider making alternative arrangements to pick up their child(ren) from school this afternoon. Schools will remain open until buses arrive to provide a safe and warm space for students to wait. Please be aware, this could be a multi-hour delay.

School sports and activities cancelled
After school extra-curricular activities and high school athletics will be cancelled at schools for Wednesday, Dec. 17.
