Families with outstanding unpaid fees for the 2025-2026 school year are advised that any remaining balance owing will be referred to a collection agency in accordance with Administrative Regulation 7005.
All fees may be paid once they are assigned to a student’s account and payment is expected by the end of the school year. For more information, please visit Fees and Waivers.
To Pay Fees
- Review your account statement on your MyCBE to view any outstanding fees. CBE fees are listed by school year and categorized into school-based and central fees.
- Make a payment directly through your MyCBE account.
- Payment by cash or cheque may be arranged at your student’s school. You may also mail a cheque or money order payable to the Calgary Board of Education.
If additional time is required to complete the payment, please email studentfees@cbe.ab.ca to arrange a payment plan.
