Bullying Awareness Week is a time for our school community to learn about bullying, how it affects students, and what we can do to prevent it. Our goal for Bullying Awareness Week is to encourage students, teachers, and parents to speak up when they see bullying and to know how and when to get help.
The CBE continues to focus on preventing bullying by helping students recognize risky situations and understand how they can take positive action.
If you would like to learn more about bullying, how to prevent it, and how to support your child, you can explore the resources available on our website and through the Government of Alberta.

If you think your child is experiencing bullying at school, the best place to start is to discuss your concerns with your child’s teacher.
We always welcome parents or guardians to follow our concerns and complaints process if their child is experiencing bullying at school. Let’s work together to create safe, respectful, and inclusive schools and workplaces for everyone in our community.
