Parents and guardians are invited to join us for the Child & Youth Well-Being Family & Caregiver Series; live online sessions focused on supporting child and youth well-being. Hosted by the Recovery Alberta Community Education Service (CES) Program in collaboration with experts from the Calgary community, this year's sessions will explore a range of timely topics.

Student well-being supports learning and success. As students navigate challenges that are connected to mental health and well-being, we have an opportunity to strengthen belonging, build skills, and ensure access to responsive supports.

The sessions are designed to equip families with the knowledge, tools and strategies to navigate the challenges and opportunities of raising children and teens today.

Some of the topics being covered include:

  • Technology and Mental Health
  • School Avoidance
  • Understanding ADHD in Girls
  • Vaping
  • And more

Sessions are free and provide information, resources, helplines, and services to support healthy child and youth development.
