As we mark Support Staff Appreciation Week, I want to offer our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of our Support Staff. Across our schools, service units and system teams, their work strengthens the foundation that allows CBE students to learn, grow and thrive.

Whether they greet families at the front office, support learning in classrooms, keep our buildings safe and welcoming, provide specialized expertise in speech, language, physical or occupational therapy, or ensure our system runs smoothly through finance, human resources, IT, communications, and countless other roles — their contributions matter deeply.

While the impact of our Support Staff may not always be in the spotlight, it is felt in every classroom, every hallway, and every successful student story.

Let us all thank our Support Staff for their professionalism, their commitment and the pride they bring to their work, which they demonstrate every day in their interactions with students, families, colleagues and the community.

From celebrating Education Week just a few days ago, to today’s start of Support Staff Appreciation Week, know that we are deeply grateful for all of you. The CBE system as a whole and each school is better with you as part of the team.
