If You Could Talk to the Minister of Education, What Would You Say?

​​​​​​​Minister of Education Adriana LaGrange is looking for about 40 junior and senior high school students from across Alberta between the ages of 14-19 to join the 2023-24 Minister’s Youth Council.​​

The Minister’s Youth Council gives students opportunities to share their input and perspectives on provincial programs and initiatives. Participation on the council wil​l give students the opportunity to make a real impact on Alberta’s education system, build their leadership skills and leave a legacy that will last for generations to come.

Students are members for a 10-month term, and must be able to commit to three weekend meetings to be held in Edmonton during the school year.

The deadline to apply is March 24, 2023.
